1 Contracts Officer
The candidate will work independently and also in a team, in order to supportAdministration and Marketing Unit. The task assigned to the candidate will include (at least): Draft, review, manage & maintain Business Unit commercial and contractual arrangements (e.g. sales contracts, teaming agreements, collaborative arrangements, licence agreements, NDAs etc);
Establishes the contractual documents according to the guidelines provided and approved by the manager and by the Company Management;
Relates to the subcontractors, following the contracts for the stipulation and collection of documents, facilitating the passage of information, verifying documents and milestones;
Manages highly complex documentation, in coordination with all company functions, with different disciplines, in national and international contexts;
Ensures that the approval workflow is compiled according to the company guidelines;
Deals with the screening of tenders calls at international level;
Deals with the retrieval of the tender documentation on sites or databases;
Collaboration with the Procurement Office, collecting all the information necessary for the stipulation of the dedicated contractual documentation;
Support to Procurement Office in the management of the documentation of the international shipments and the custom’s procedures.

Requisiti generali: Master’s degree in Law or Economics field – Working experience: Entry/Middle Level (0-5 years) – High flexibility and team-working skills – Cope with hard schedule – Strong communication skills – Fluency in written and spoken English.

1 FPGA Developer Design Engeneer Duties
The candidate will work independently and also in a team, in order to define, develop and test FPGA systems for space applications. The activities will include:
Analysis and definition of HW architecture in compliance with project requirements
Validation of design by means of simulations
Implementation and validation on target architecture
Planning and execution of tests activity
Analysis of the performances
Debugging and bug tracking
Timing and power optimization.

Requisiti generali: Degree: Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering – Working experience: 2-5  –years – Age: 26-35 – High flexibility and team-working skills – Good spoken and written English level.

1 Hardware Design Engineer ​Duties
The candidate will work independently and also in a team, in order to define, design and test electronic systems for space applications. The activities will include:
Analysis and definition of HW architecture in compliance with project requirements
Validation of design by means of electrical simulations
Drawing and verification of the electrical schematics
Design of the PCBs layout
Planning and execution of tests activity
Analysis of the performances (efficiency, power quality, EMC/EMI)
Sizing of electronic components based on worst case analysis (temperature, supply voltage, parameters tolerance etc.).

Requisiti generali: Degree: Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Analog/Power Electronics) – Working experience: 2-5 years – Age: 26-35 – High flexibility and team-working skills – Good english level.

1 RF Design Engineer ​Duties
The candidate will work independently and also in a team, in order to define, design and test electronic systems for space applications. The activities will include:
Design of RF communication systems (at component, PCB and unit level) for satellite platforms and payloads
Analysis and definition of HW architecture in compliance with project requirements
Validation of design by means of simulations
Drawing and verification of the electrical schematics and PCB layout
Planning and execution of tests activity
Analysis of the performances (signal integrity, efficiency, power quality, EMC/EMI)
Selection of electronic components based on mission requirements and worst-case analysis (temperature, supply voltage, parameters tolerance, radiation hardness etc.).

Requisiti generali: Degree: Master’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering – Working experience: 2-5 years – Age: 26-35 – High flexibility and team-working skills – Good English level.

Condizioni offerte e tipo di contratto

Si offre inserimento a tempo indeterminato/apprendistato a seconda del profilo professionale ricevuto. Orario di lavoro Full time.
